This Long Dog Company site is an online store for MERCHANTS ONLY who resell our products to the public via a physical or virtual store. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are a wholesaler and accept the responsibility of collecting and submitting sales taxes and all other taxes due. Long Dog Company DOES NOT charge sales tax.

We trade in US dollars and our prices are in US dollars.
Long Dog Company accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you.) Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. If you would like to use another form of payment, simply call us at 561.307.5331 of email us your request to Wenzel@LongDogCompany.com.
Order Acceptance Policy
After you place an order with us and provide a valid email address you will receive a confirmation of the order to your email within about 24 hours. You can also log into your account and track the status of your order. After we ship your order you will receive another email with a shipment tracking number so you can keep track your package.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Long Dog Company reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline any order for any reason.
You may cancel your order without charge at any time provided the order has not been shipped. You must inform us of your wish to cancel either by email: Wenzel@LongDogCompany.com or by the contact form on this website. If the order has been shipped, please refer to our Claims, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy below if you still wish to return your order.
Shipping Time and Policy
Most orders ship within 1-2 days provided the product ordered is in stock. We use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate service to ship. The delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on where in the U.S. the package needs to be delivered. A tracking number will be provided to you at the time of shipment.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by us only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
There is a minimum order of 10 packages.
Multiple Product Orders
If we are out of stock on any items from a multiple product order we will usually hold your order until all products return to stock. If we do ship the items separately you will not be charged for the additional shipping charges. You will only get charged the quoted shipping charges listed on your original order.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, we ship within 1-2 business days. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Claims, Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Damage or shortage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt/delivery of the product. Damaged or defective items will be refunded or replaced at our option.
All refunds and exchanges will be gladly accepted when merchandise is returned in its original unused condition with the original payment receipt. A credit for the amount of the product will be issued on the credit card used on the payment receipt. A credit confirmation will be sent to you by mail. There will be NO credit for the shipping amount. If the original payment receipt is not included with your refund or exchange merchandise, a store credit will be issued when the merchandise is returned in its original unused condition.

Remember that your browser may not always show true color. Due to variations in monitors, scanners and browsers, we cannot guarantee exact color matches with what you see on your screen although they should be close.
Product Quality Guarantee
We guarantee all merchandise to be free of defects in materials and workmanship upon of delivery. If a problem occurs within 30 days of purchase, we will replace the item at our option.
